BitcoinWorld Bitcoin Whale Who Bought Near 1-Year Peak Moves $66.4M to Binance An anonymous Bitcoin whale has transferred 1,019 BTC, worth approximately $66.42 million, to the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, according to on-chain data shared by the analytics platform EmberCN.

The deposit, made about seven hours ago, adds to a series of recent large transfers from the same address. Whale’s History and Position EmberCN reported that the BTC sent to Binance was originally received from FalconX about a year ago at an average price of $116,110 per coin.

The whale had been holding the position for roughly a year, during which time the value of Bitcoin has declined by about 44% from that entry point.

This latest transfer brings the total amount deposited to Binance from this address over the past three weeks to 6,494 BTC, valued at around $420 million.
