According to data from BitcoinTreasuries.net, the stake is valued at approximately $5.18 million, signaling continued institutional interest in firms that adopt Bitcoin as a treasury reserve asset.

Metaplanet’s Growing Bitcoin Position Metaplanet has emerged as one of the most prominent corporate Bitcoin holders globally, with a treasury now comprising 43,000 BTC—worth roughly $2.8 billion at current market prices.

This positions the company as the world’s third-largest corporate holder of Bitcoin among listed entities, trailing only MicroStrategy and a few other major players.
