Cardano News: Mastercard and Fireblocks Just Two of the Latest Developments for ADA

In Cardano news this week, the project is entering the final week of September with renewed attention on institutional adoption, network scaling, and broader ecosystem expansion.

The latest development came on September 24, when the Cardano Foundation announced that Fireblocks will add full support for Cardano Native Tokens (CNTs).

This will allow the thousands of banks, exchanges, payment firms and fintech companies using the platform to custody, send and receive assets issued on Cardano.

Fireblocks already supports ADA, but the expanded integration could give the wider Cardano token economy significantly greater institutional access. The announcement follows another busy period for the blockchain.
