The company, led by founder Grant Cardone, announced the purchase on X (formerly Twitter), stating that it is simultaneously growing its multifamily housing portfolio and its Bitcoin reserves.

Cardone Capital’s Growing Bitcoin Treasury Grant Cardone confirmed the acquisition in a post on X, noting that the firm added approximately 2,000 apartment units and another 1,200 BTC.

This latest purchase brings Cardone Capital’s total Bitcoin holdings to over 4,000 BTC, based on earlier disclosures. Earlier this month, the company reported holding more than 2,800 BTC.
