“You don’t have to worry about HVAC systems, roofs, exterior walls, tenants, or property taxes,” he said.

He also noted his long-standing support for the digital asset, adding, “Personally, I have been supporting Bitcoin for 13 years.” Cardone’s remarks come amid a broader trend of traditional investors acknowledging the role of digital assets in modern portfolios.
