Ripple’s (XRP) Sharpe Ratio Just Did Something It Hasn’t Done In a Year

XRP has seen a notable improvement in its risk-adjusted returns. The Ripple token’s Sharpe Ratio on Binance has now reached its highest level since August 2025.

The indicator is currently stabilizing at around 0.207, according to CryptoQuant, while the price hovers close to $1.40.

Risk-Reward Profile Over the past few months, XRP’s Sharpe Ratio stayed around negative or neutral levels and fell significantly during the crypto asset’s broader price decline.

The recent increase suggests that returns have improved relative to the amount of volatility investors are facing. The sharp rise in the Sharpe Ratio also occurred alongside the recovery in XRP’s price, which is up by almost 30% over the past month.
