Strategy Buys 950 Bitcoin in First Purchase Since August
The Bitcoin treasury company Strategy on Monday disclosed in a regulatory filing that it acquired 950 Bitcoin between September 14 and September 20 for roughly $75.7 million, at an average price of $79,670 per coin.
The purchase, reported in a Form 8-K dated September 21, is the company’s first since it added 4,603 Bitcoin at the end of August and lifts its total holdings to 846,000 Bitcoin.

dollar reserve and $1.05 billion in USD cash. It did not sell any shares under its at-the-market offering program during the week, meaning the latest purchase was funded entirely from cash on hand.
