Data submitted to the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) as of today reveals that the fair value of virtual assets held by Dunamu, the operator of Upbit, stood at 1.3779 trillion won (approximately $991.4 million) at the end of the first half of 2025.
This marks a 39.6% decline from the 2.285 trillion won ($1.64 billion) recorded at the end of 2024.
Bithumb also sees significant reduction Similarly, Bithumb’s virtual asset holdings fell by 30.5% during the same period, dropping to 194.1 billion won ($139.7 million) from the 279.4 billion won held at the end of last year.
