The XRP Ledger’s PermissionDelegationV1_1 amendment has entered its final two-week activation window after receiving 29 validator votes in favor, according to a report from BigGo Finance.

That result starts a 14-day countdown toward the earliest possible go-live on October 5, 2026, at 11:18 AM UTC – but only if support holds where it is. That last condition matters more than it sounds.
